The plant became a part of Ural Siberian Industrial Company in 2021.
In the shops of the Nizhneturinsky Machine-Building Plant are performed machining, welding, assembly and tooling works, as well as heat treatment.
The plant has its own line for applying protective polymer coatings, and own production laboratories.

Under the decree of Emperor Nicolas I was built arms factory called Nikolayevsky.

1957

Ministry of medium Machine Building established a factory Santechdetal.

1966

Plant Santechdetal was renamed to Nizhneturinsky machine-building plant.

1995 – 1998

Nizhneturinsky Machine Building Plant becomes a joint stock company. Official name became Open Joint Stock Company Nizhneturinsky Machine Building Plant Venta.

2007

Venta OJSC became a part of Atomenergomash Group of Companies.

2017

For 60 years there were produced about 700 000 fans and more than 80 000 units of different equipment for 17 nuclear power plants in Russia and abroad.

2021

Nizhneturinsky Machine-Building Plant becomes a Separate subdivision of Ural Siberian Industrial Company JSC.
